Ms. Meadows –

Ms. Meadows is a Special Education teacher at Encore High School. This is her third year with the Encore family. She holds three California credentials, Physical Education, Biology, and Special Education. She began teaching in 1989, earned her Special Education credential in 1995, and then took 20 years off to raise her children. During her teaching hiatus she lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Alaska, and Germany. She returned to Claremont, California in May 2016.

“I am extremely thankful for the opportunities I had to see other parts of the country and world and experience a variety of cultures, but I’m glad to be home in California. I have three children who are 22, 20 and 18 years old. I also have three fur babies, two pugs and a lab mix. In my free time I like to work out, go to the beach, and hang out with friends, some of whom I’ve known since kindergarten. I also love Disneyland and am a season pass holder so I go as often as I can!”
